For a span of 15 years, I led global sales teams and crafted innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns to boost revenue across diverse business sectors at Discovery Networks, notably Discovery Channel. My role as a certified Sales Coach under Grant Cardone enabled me to establish high-performing real estate sales teams specializing in both Commercial and Residential properties at ELM Real Estate Group. With a passion ignited in 2000, I've embraced real estate as the world's largest asset class, transitioning into a dedicated supporter of clients as they navigate various avenues of revenue generation within the real estate realm—be it through property acquisition, sales, or investment in commercial and residential domains. My unwavering obsession with Real Estate fuels my enthusiasm for insightful discussions surrounding this field.


Additionally, my strong passion for coaching shines when it comes to the real estate arena. I absolutely love helping out new agents as they dive into the industry, as well as supporting agents who might feel a bit stuck. Seeing those fresh to the scene grow their skills and experienced agents break through obstacles is incredibly rewarding for me. I enjoy sharing practical strategies, honing their knack for negotiation, and giving personalized advice. Being part of their growth and witnessing them surpass their own goals is truly exciting. Daily Coaching on Cardone University, Covering All Sales Cycle Stages: Agents will engage in daily coaching sessions that revolve around the comprehensive content of Cardone University. This training program encompasses every stage of the real estate sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Daily coaching sessions will ensure that agents fully grasp and apply the concepts from Cardone University modules to their real-world activities.

 


Daily Role-Playing with the Team to Refine Pitches: Through daily role-playing exercises, agents will participate alongside their coaching team members. These sessions will focus on perfecting pitch delivery, sharpening objection handling skills, and refining negotiation techniques. Constructive feedback will be provided, helping agents polish their communication and interaction abilities.

 


Unlimited On-Demand Access to Cardone University Online: Agents will have unrestricted access to Cardone University's online platform. This feature enables agents to supplement their learning at their own pace by reviewing modules, revisiting concepts, and exploring supplementary materials. The online resources will complement the live coaching sessions, offering a comprehensive and flexible learning experience.

 


Private Ongoing Coaching to Navigate Specific Deals in the Pipeline: Agents will benefit from individualized coaching sessions tailored to specific deals in their pipeline. These private sessions will delve into the intricacies of each deal, addressing challenges, objections, and negotiation points unique to that situation.
